Under direct supervision will review, analyze, and evaluate department specific information technology systems, user needs, data and other insights from various sources to provide clear understanding and communication of those insights to aid the organization in sound decision-making. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems and validate through testing that the systems are designed and performing as specified. Serves as primary point of contact between users, management team and engineering/development staff.

Our Territorial Marketing Consultant (TMC) represents the Zenith brand and is responsible for developing and managing relationships with several insurance agencies and the agents within them for an assigned territory. This includes creating a strategic business plan, understanding how the agency partner is different, educating agents about Zenith’s model, selecting the right accounts to work on together, and meeting with agents and their clients to deepen the relationship over time.

The Sr Safety & Health Consultant works under general supervision and guidance within specific limits and authority. The Sr. S&H Consultant identifies employee injury/illness exposures and provides workers' compensation cost control services. The position consults with policyholders and internal partners to reduce policyholder loss potential. Supports effective workers' compensation underwriting with timely and accurate policy rating and risk information. All tasks are to be performed with the goal of achieving an underwriting profit and demonstrating Zenith's superior workers' compensation expertise.
