Acquires the skills to evaluate insurance risk, identify property and liability exposures, and provide loss control services to customers. Works under close supervision and guidance within narrowly defined authority on assignments of small to moderate size and least complexity.
Under general supervision, develops, tests debugs, maintains and documents information systems applications. Performs code walk-throughs, reviews and audits. Executes complete life cycle for simple to moderately complex application components based on design specifications.
Responsible for clinical review and analysis and appropriate adjustment of billing as needed based on Workers Compensation fee schedules and guidelines or other jurisdictional pricing applications. Uses independent judgment to negotiate and communicate with medical providers to obtain the best outcome.
